CLIA stands for Cruise Lines International Association
Malvern World Travel has recently undertaken Various Training Modules within the Learning academy of the CLIA and has recently obtained CRUISE AMBASSADOR Status. The programme is designed to give all learners a thorough and in-depth understanding of all aspects of cruising. The programme has also now been accredited by the leading company in vocational education and is recognised by City & Guilds.

CLIA brings the whole cruise industry together – ocean and river cruise lines, ports, destinations, industry suppliers, and travel agents.
The Clia know that the industry is stronger when we all work together with the shared aim of growing the number of people who take a cruise. With such high rates of satisfaction and repeat business we simply have to ensure that we explain the incredible experiences a cruise holiday offers to those who have yet to cruise.
